Weekend away was worthwhile - good to be outside, and this country has a fascinating history, great to move through it and to start to understand - but the week has started with the usual rubbish.
Need to try to put energy into something good and worthwhile to stop the spiral in my head.
It is also sometimes a surprisingly beautiful country. Wild places and varied.
